孙承君于2001年12月于美国加州大学圣芭芭拉分校获得博士学位,在美国学习和工作多年,2011年加入海洋一所工作,任研究员,主要从事海洋环境科学和海洋生物材料及制品等方向的研究工作。现任海洋生物资源与环境研究中心主任,山东科技大学博士生导师,国际政府间组织北太平洋海洋科学委员会(pices)第42工作组(微塑料工作组)共同负责人。2012年入选山东省重点人才工程,2013年获青岛市海外归国人士创业创新贡献奖,2015年被评为青岛市三八红旗手,2018年被选为山东省政协委员,2020年获青岛市侨界十大杰出人士提名奖。到目前为止主持科技部973课题,国家自然科学基金、人社部留学归国人员重点项目、中国大洋项目等多项国家和省部级科研项目。多次参与大洋和极地科学考察,在超深渊生境特征、海洋微塑料、海洋生物仿生材料研究等方面做了很多的研究工作,是多个国际sci期刊的审稿人,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文100余篇,其中sci论文80余篇,包括2篇高被引论文和多篇一区论文。团队是国内研究微塑料的优势团队,培养的研究生中有多人次获评研究生国家奖学金和山东省优秀毕业生。
