个人简介

张晰,博士,自然资源部第一海洋研究所研究员,中国石油大学(华东)博生生兼职导师。中国海洋学会人工智能海洋学专委会委员、中国地理信息产业协会海洋时空信息工委会委员。ieee geoscience and remote sensing magazine等四个sci专刊的guest editor。主要从事sar海洋遥感与雷达目标探测技术研究,作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金、军委科技委预研基金重点项目、中国海监科技支撑项目等项目10余项。现已发表学术论文100余篇,其中sci/ei论文70余篇;以第一作者和通讯作者sci论文近30余篇,获省部级奖励4项;出版专著3部,作为编委,参与编写专著2部。
