郑明刚,自然资源部第一海洋研究所副研究员,硕士生导师。2007年毕业于中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,获海洋生物学博士学位。2014年作为访问学者赴美国罗格斯大学公共卫生与健康研究所进行生物化学与分子生物学的研究。完成国家和省部级科研项目10余项,包括国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金和海洋公益项目。主要从事极端微生物资源的筛选,新型有机污染物的检测和深海微生物基因编辑系统的研究。目前开展的工作主要包括:基于深海热液区、极地等环境微生物在农业和环境方面的资源化应用;近海新型有机污染物的分布和在低温下的微生物降解;一类兼具内切和外切活性的酶的特性分析和在基因编辑方面的应用潜力研究。

1. 2011年,所参加的课题“近海海洋微生物资源的标准化整理整合与共享”获海洋局海洋创新成果奖获奖二等奖,个人排名第六。
2. 2012年,所参加的课题“海洋微生物资源采集与国家海洋微生物资源共享平台建设”获海洋工程科学技术奖获奖一等奖,个人排名第九。
主持项目
主持完成国家自然科学基金、海洋公益性行业科研专项、山东省自然科学基金等项目4项,作为骨干参与完成国家重点研发计划、山东省科技发展计划、海洋可再生能源专项目等项目6项。
目前在研课题涉及:深海微生物资源的获取及应用潜力评价、深海热液区微生物多样性研究、极地低温解磷菌的筛选及应用、近海新型有机污染物的调查。
