主要从事中小尺度海洋过程对声场影响以及海洋声场预报研究,尝试建立快速变化的海洋环境与海洋声场变化的联系,给出海洋声场受海洋环境变化影响的敏感性评价,研究基于海洋预报模型的海洋声场可预报性以及针对海洋现象的海洋声场预报。
近期工作包括:(1)建立“海-底”耦合模式,研究了海底热通量对海底沉积物和海水水体的双向耦合影响;(2)研究了表层涡旋、次表层涡旋的结构、动力特征,探讨了涡旋对声场的影响;(3)研制“海底沉积物声学性质和温度剖面的原位定点连续测量装置”并开展现场观测,用观测数据验证了海底沉积物声学性质的天气尺度可变性。相关成果在jpo、jgr、jasa等期刊发表第一作者论文10余篇,授权发明专利3项。
